They can see through the illusion and effortlessly see what people are doing as the creators of their own reality. They refuse to participate in any creation that is not of their own choice. They are sovereign and play their own game.
They are present in all of their senses. But they don't just see with their physical eyes. They look with their hearts. For the heart knows the truth beyond the duality of the mind: the experience in the timeless NOW.
As an embodied master and an enlightened leader, you do not go along with the reality, creations, stories, perspectives, emotions and feelings of your clients, staff, team members et cetera. And precisely for that reason you are able to offer upliftment of the highest level. You see the perfection of where they are, but give your undivided attention to who they really are. You show them the key that gives them access to a life in heaven on earth. And they can choose to use it for themselves, if, and whenever they are ready to do so.

To practice unconditional forgiveness and compassion (towards myself first and foremost). And to unmask any habitual pattern based on effort and replace it with an effortless approach.

In order to do this, I am willing to completely let go of my current ideas around who they are and what I think is true or best for them. I guide them back into trusting themselves and their own intuition.
- YES, I want to give instructions to the Energy that everything is made of in this so-called 'physical world' regarding my preferences and desires in the field of facilitatorship, entrepreneurship and leadership. Without selling myself short, trying to please others or to adapt to circumstances.
- YES, I want to become an example to my clients and all people of a person they would like to be, with a life they would like to lead. I will no longer make any concessions when it comes to choosing what I really want to manifest.
- YES, I want to be supported as I step into my daily life as an embodied master, and start practicing effortless facilitatorship, organic entrepreneurship and enlightened leadersip. I know that life will hand me everything I need and I am open to fully embrace that experience.

Who am I to offer you this?
My name is Mariëlle Duijndam and I have been working as an entrepreneur in the field of consciousness development since 2010, for more than 13 years now.
In 2007 I had a spontaneous experience of enlightenment. I realized the joke and the joy of existence. But this experience was temporary. Then the journey really began. I had been allowed to see beyond the veil and that ensured that I could not go back. I had awakened and could only follow the path of my desire, to live consistently in that state of being.
My body helped me with this by becoming so ill that I could no longer physically function normally. And therefore could not continue working as a sales manager in office computerization. I had to quit my job, change course and follow my heart.
I started as a coach in effortless creation, specialized in consciously working with the law of attraction. Then I started training others to do this work too.
Yet something was still missing. I had not yet fully realized and accepted myself. As a result, I was still highly susceptible to drama, suffering and lack. And I let everything slip out of my hands again...
It wasn't until I started seeing myself and others for who they really are, beyond all human conditioning, that I was able to stay true to what I really wanted and what my clients had told me they really wanted for themselves. Without giving up on them, myself and our dreams.
I was able to remain their guide through the challenging landscape of change. 'The old' generally does not surrender willingly and easily. It tries to protect itself and keep itself alive. Only when it can feel that it is in good hands with 'the new', will the willingness arise to let go of the known and open up to the unknown.
To be able to guide these types of processes, you have to develop deep roots so you can stand and stay strong. You must deeply know yourself, the other and the truth. You must become immune and uncontrollable. So that you can no longer be manipulated by human aspects of yourself and others. And thus you are capable of staying consciously embodied during interactions with your clients, staff, team or the world in general.

I am not just a lifecoach, relationship coach, business coach, manifestation coach, embodiment coach, a spiritual teacher or one who channels other entities.
I am a combination of all of the above and more. For me it is all about accepting the fact that we are all multidimensional beings. Which gives us the opportunity to collaborate with different parts and levels of ourselves. I am here to help this to become the new normal.

Yes and no. There are no limits as to how big this community can grow. My doors are open for everyone who feels the call to join. A Master does not constrict their own creations. We have to let them breathe and evolve freely.
During the weekly Quantum Shift Sessions there is the opportunity for a 1-on-1 mini Shift Session with me. While 1 person is in the 'hotseat', you'll notice that we are going to shift in consciousness as a collective, simultaneously.
It is my experience that everyone feels equally supported when we allow the flow to unfold naturally. It is magical how these things work. The more I surrender and let go of control, the more everything unfolds perfectly.

We use Zoom for the online Quantum Shift Sessions and Member Meetings. It is a well-know and easy to use platform. If you are not yet familiar with it, you can go to YouTube and find lots of tutorials on how it works.
All of the other materials that are included in your membership can be found inside a private area in my website for which you will need to log in. You'll receive everything you need to know about this after signing up.
We meet up every Monday (times mentioned are in the Amsterdam time zone: CET or UTC + 1 hours / CEST or UTC/GMT + 2 hours):
Circle Member Meetings: 14:30 - 15:30 (optional to join to connect and prepare)
Quantum Shift Sessions: 15:30 - ± 16:30 (feel free to leave when you need to)
These mentioned hours may vary from time to time, depending on where I am in the world and where most of the members are based in the world, to give everyone a fair chance to joing live.
Don't worry if you can't attend live, trust the process and the fact that you were guided to this community. Things are always working out in your favor. Just decide that this is the case for you as the Master that you are.
Watching the replays of the weekly meetings could be even more powerful for you than being in a LIVE meeting.
You don't have to do anything. You are free to choose and there is no right or wrong. Really. The main event of this membership is our weekly Quantum Shift Session which will last approximately 60 to 90 minutes. Great if you can attend LIVE, but just watching the recordings could work even better for some people. It is all about learning to trust yourself and what feels good and easy to you.
This is not about the hours you spend studying on things. It is about going back into your daily life as a new person, after spending time with me and the other Enlightened Leaders Circle Members.
Yes and no. There are no steps you have to take to get where you want to be. It is not an action oriented journey. And we are not looking for perfection but for acceptance. Heaven is not a place we experience after our physical life. It is a state of being. I'm going to embody it and I will let you discover how you can get into that state of being. And I will support you in remaining more and more consistently in that state of being, regardless of what you encounter in your mind, your body, your private life, your relationships, your client sessions, your business life as an entrepreneur and public life as an enlightened leader. I will also provide you with recordings that can also assist you with this in between our sessions and meetings.
I read my first book about the power of our consciousness when I was 14. I had my first spontaneous enlightenment experience at age 24. So no, you can never be too young. But you can also never be too old. Because there is now a need for embodied masters, teachers, inspirators and leaders in every age category. No matter how old people are, they are now looking for alternative ways in which life can be lived. And you will be able to offer them that alternative. Believe in yourself and the desires that you feel inside. They are guiding you into the best part of your life, and even all of your lifetimes. That's how amazing this time of awakening is.
No, unfortunately you cannot participate in the Enlightened Leaders Circle if you are currently taking medication that covers your emotional life with a veil. You should be free of medication for at least 3 months, so that you can feel everything within you.
We cannot work around anything when we choose to be Embodied Masters and Enlightened Leaders. Our consciousness must be able to penetrate every cell of our body in order to be fully enlightened, free and consciously present in our experience, regardless of circumstances. Only in this way can we discharge all automatic triggers and old stored memories, programming and other energies.
The more embodied you become, the more stable you will feel emotionally, without outside help.
To be able to work with you and to experience Quantum Shifts in your consciousness, you will have to get out of your head and into the senses in your body. Each Quantum Shift Session we will start by giving the mind time to slow down and relax. This creates the necessary space for the transition into your multidimensional self.
I will guide you into this experience. The more you are willing to surrender to the Unknown, the easier all of this will be for you. If you have a hard time with this, just share about it with me and we'll see what we can do.
Participating in this Enlightened Leaders Circle requires a certain degree of trust and a willingness to experience, feel, see, acknowledge and share everything that is within you. After all, it is about embodied leadership mastery: the last step between awakening, self-realization and embodied enlightenment while being publicly in service.
